Soybean transformation services utilize modified meristem, cot-node, and half-seed protocols using both Agrobacterium and particle bombardment techniques. Currently Willliams82 and two elite Illinois varieties (IL3025 and IL3613) are available for transformation. We will be bringing on other genotypes, including more elite varieties, in the near future. Projects requesting custom varieties will require investigators to submit seed to us for transformation development at this time. Contact us for details.
