1 It includes vectoring, transformation and up to 6 events and delivery of T1 seeds.
2 Homozygous T2 seed production will be for up to three events of the up to six events produced. Single-locus (not necessarily single-copy) events will be prioritized. For edits, this service is available for single-guide/target projects and the cost for multiple targets will be adjusted to account for increased sampling with more targets. Validated single-copy events or multiplex edit services are available for a higher price, please contact us.
3 For alternative inbreds please contact us.
4 Untested soy varieties will undergo evaluation. New varieties may not perform efficiently as established varieties; successful use of a new variety is not guaranteed.
- Transformation is via Agrobacterium, for biolistics contact us.
- Additional species are accessible for larger orders, including barley, wheat, potato, Brachypodium, among others.
